From 10 to 19 November, The Spa at Mandarin Oriental hosts Francesc Miralles, a physiotherapist and practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine with thirty years of experience. His programme, Harmonia, draws on acupuncture, osteopathy and craniosacral work, with each session tailored to release muscular tension, ease posture and bring deep relaxation.
The menu runs from physiotherapy, postural alignment and acupuncture to a craniosacral treatment called Disconnect to Reconnect, with a beauty side too: lymphatic drainage, body contouring and an acupuncture facial lift. Two 120-minute Signature Journeys combine them: Harmonia Signature (lymphatic drainage, meridian release, acupuncture and craniosacral healing) and Total Beauty (body contouring followed by the facial lift).
