Service Terms
These Service Terms explain how our paid services work. Every service is tailored, so the written proposal we send you comes first.
1. How It Works
These Service Terms apply to the paid services of Timence Guide ("we", "us", "our"): the private experiences we design and organise in Marrakech, and the selection of places and activities for our clients (the "Services"). Every service is tailored, and every request receives a written proposal before any payment. The proposal sets out the Services, the price and how it is calculated, the payment schedule, how bookings with providers are handled and the cancellation terms. Where the proposal is silent, these Service Terms apply. Where it differs, the proposal prevails.
2. Payment
Payments are made through a secure payment link processed by Stripe, or by bank transfer, as set out in the proposal. We never see or store your card details.
3. Third-Party Providers
Places and activities run by others, such as restaurants, hotels, spas or activity providers, are subject to their own terms, including their cancellation policies and any deposits or fees they charge. Each provider is responsible for its own services.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Unless the proposal states otherwise: • if we cancel the Services, we refund everything you have paid us; • if you cancel, amounts covering work already carried out are not refunded. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
5. Your Rights, Governing Law and Contact
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of accepting the proposal. If you ask us to start before that period ends, you pay for the part of the Services already performed, and you lose that right once the Services have been fully performed. These Service Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
