Overview
Nobu Hotel Marrakech sits in the Hivernage district, the city's Golden Triangle, a short walk from the Medina and Place du 16 Novembre. On the top floor of the hotel, the Rooftop Garden organises itself around a circular pool that reads as the centrepiece of the space and the reason most non-resident guests come up here in the first place. The pool is all-season and open daily from ten in the morning until seven in the evening. Cabanas line one side, a sundeck stretches along another, and the rest of the rooftop unfolds into bar and dining areas that share the same terrace but operate on their own rhythm. The geometry is deliberately rounded against the angular lines of the surrounding building, and the loungers face outward, oriented toward the view rather than the water. The 360-degree panorama is what fixes this pool in the upper tier of the city's rooftop scene. On one side, the ochre rooflines of the Medina compress toward the Koutoubia minaret; on the other, the Atlas Mountains rise behind the modern districts, snow-capped in winter and hazy in summer. The skyline shifts colour throughout the day as the light passes over the Red City. The Rooftop Garden Restaurant and sushi bar share the same terrace and run alongside pool service, with Mediterranean and Moroccan plates from the kitchen and signature Nobu cocktails from the bar. Live DJ sets carry the atmosphere from afternoon into evening, and the dress code stays elegant-casual throughout. The pool keeps its own hours and identity within the wider Rooftop Garden, functioning as both a swimming pool and a social platform within the Hivernage rooftop circuit.
