On Sunday 25 October, Jnane Tamsna hosts its next brunch pop-up, "Perú in Marrakech", a farm-to-table feast of flavour and sound, from 12 pm.
In the kitchen is Miguel Angel Luna, a Peruvian chef based in San Sebastián, trained at Le Cordon Bleu Peru and the Basque Culinary Center, whose career has taken him across Peru, Europe and Asia. He founded Luna Experiencias, a consultancy connecting gastronomy, culture and territory, and is developing Finca Luna in Toledo. At Jnane Tamsna, which grows produce central to Peruvian cuisine, he cooks with the current bounty of the gardens.
The music is curated by Nicola Moreno, a Peruvian DJ, vinyl selector and producer based in Marrakech, with fourteen years behind the decks between disco, funk, boogie and the roots of 90s house. He holds residencies at Mizaan in Marrakech and La Cale Club in Rabat.
