Selman Marrakech brings back "La Source des Chevaux", the equestrian performance by Sadek, the hotel's resident artist. For this new edition, on 25 October from 12:30 to 4:30 pm, guests are welcomed to Assyl restaurant for an afternoon of fine food, live music and equestrian artistry, designed to be enjoyed together.
The lunch
Stations serve Moroccan specialities alongside fusion creations with international influences, with dishes prepared in front of guests. From traditional recipes to contemporary combinations, the menu is there to be explored throughout the afternoon, in a spirit of generosity and conviviality.
The show
Selman is home to a stud farm dedicated to purebred Arabian horses. Guests can discover or rediscover Sadek's show, which celebrates the beauty of the horse, the precision of movement and the bond between horse and artist, as a tribute to the Berber spirit and the nobility of the horse.
A live band accompanies the afternoon.
