L'Instant Taittinger: a champagne bar in the gardens of Es Saadi

Since 4 September, Es Saadi Palace has been hosting L'Instant Taittinger, a pop-up bar created with the House of Taittinger in the palace gardens in Hivernage. Surrounded by palm trees and open to the Atlas Mountains, it brings together two family houses with a shared idea of hospitality.

The menu is built around Taittinger's cuvées, served by the glass or by the bottle, and signature champagne-based cocktails, with Dakhla oysters, caviar, homemade foie gras and sharing bites to go with them.

The bar is open every day from 5:30 to 10:30 pm. As day turns to evening, a musical programme takes over, with live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
