New agave cocktails at the Hacienda de Don Julio, Mandarin Oriental
Under La Tente, the five signature cocktails of the first chapter are joined by new creations inspired by Marrakech, and Mexican Nights return every Saturday.

Under La Tente at the Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech, the Hacienda de Don Julio begins a second chapter. After the highlands of Jalisco, the Hacienda settles into the gardens of Marrakech, where the spirit of Don Julio is reinterpreted through the ingredients, aromas and rhythm of its surroundings. The new menu is available from 10 September.
The five signature cocktails of the first chapter, inspired by the tales of the Thousand and One Nights, remain the foundation of the menu. New creations inspired by the landscape, climate and rhythm of Marrakech join them, each one reinterpreting agave through a local lens.
Two new cocktails
The Palm Shade is the fresher of the two: Don Julio Blanco, pineapple and mint shrub, lime, soda and a touch of cardamom tincture. The Scarlet Silk is richer: Don Julio Reposado with a pomegranate reduction, Fino sherry, orange blossom honey, lime and a few drops of rose.

Saturday Mexican Nights are back at the Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech, now every Saturday at La Tente.
