Overview
The Spa Royal Mansour occupies 2,500 square metres across three floors with its own entrance, separate from the hotel, reached through a private citrus garden. The first thing visitors see is the atrium: an immaculate white wrought-iron structure in moucharabieh lacework, open and light-filled, that has become one of the most photographed spa interiors in the city. The palette throughout is white marble, fresh flowers, and soft natural light, deliberately stripped back so that the architecture itself becomes the calming element. The facilities fill every level. Two traditional hammams, each comprising three rooms at different temperatures, anchor the Moroccan ritual programme. Ten treatment rooms and three private spa suites offer space for individual and shared sessions. Each suite contains its own hammam, treatment lounge, plunge pool, and a private terrace overlooking the city walls. A heated indoor swimming pool sits beneath an ornate orangery-style glass canopy. A sauna, fitness centre with Technogym equipment, relaxation pods, and a spa restaurant by the kitchen team complete the ground-floor circuit. The treatment menu draws from seven product lines. marocMaroc underpins the Moroccan hammam and body rituals, with personalised wraps using Atlas Mountain clay, Kalaat Megouna valley roses, and local saffron. Sisley provides phyto-cosmetic facials and the signature Californian massage. Intraceuticals delivers oxygen-infused hydration facials. Subtle Energies brings Ayurvedic aromatherapy. Dr. Burgener Switzerland contributes advanced, technology-led protocols. Leonor Greyl handles haircare in the salon. Bastien Gonzalez's Pedi:Mani:Cure Studio, exclusive to the Royal Mansour in Morocco, combines medical, aesthetic, and therapeutic approaches to hand and foot care. The Signature Hammam is the centrepiece: a full traditional ritual of steam, black soap, exfoliation, and rasul body wrap, followed by a ceremonial massage using marocMaroc products. Beyond individual treatments, the spa runs multi-day wellness programmes designed with visiting consultants specialising in integrative health, Ayurvedic therapy, and holistic bodywork, each in residence for rotating periods throughout the year.
