Overview

Les Bains de Marrakech has been a reference point in the Kasbah since 2002, when it opened as one of the first spas in Marrakech to offer private hammams, double massage cabins, and duo baths. That concept, now widely adopted, began here. The riad was fully renovated in 2021, modernising the facilities while preserving the intimate, palace-inflected atmosphere that established its reputation. The result is over 2,000 square metres of spa space tucked behind the walls of Bab Agnaou, combining an outdoor swimming pool, four hammam rooms, six individual and four double massage rooms, two facial care rooms, a duo bath room, multiple relaxation lounges, and a mud wrap room. The treatment menu is organised around four signature packages, scaled by duration: Signature 1 is a single treatment over one hour, Signature 2 pairs two treatments across two hours, Signature 3 layers three across three hours, and Signature 4 is the full four-hour immersion. Each signature draws from a curated selection of hammam, mud baths, massages, and baths. The scrub work uses natural products with ingredients like sugar, beeswax, sesame, apricot, and clay masks with rose. The Serenity massage is a particular standout in reviews. Treatments close in one of the relaxation rooms, where mint tea and homemade pastries are served. The spa also produces its own line of cosmetic products made from Moroccan ingredients, available for purchase on site. The setting blends chic oriental decoration with an intimacy that feels more like a private riad than a commercial spa. Guests who arrive before their booking can swim in the outdoor pool to ease into the experience. Treatments are available individually, as a couple, or in small groups, and the double cabins make simultaneous sessions straightforward. The spa has since expanded to additional locations including a forthcoming outpost in France.
