Nouba occupies a garden setting on Boulevard Mohamed VI in Agdal, where tropical planting, water features, and open-air terraces form the backdrop for a nightly dinner show that has become one of the more talked-about evenings out in Marrakech. The kitchen, led by Executive Chef Ashish Purty, works across international, Asian, and Moroccan registers: sea bass ceviche with leche de tigre sits alongside a Taiwanese-style beef sha cha with noodles, fried vegetable spring rolls, and tagines reworked with contemporary plating. A three-course set menu anchors the experience, supported by a full cocktail and wine programme. But the food shares the stage, quite literally. La Revue by Nouba launches around nine each evening and runs for roughly two hours, cycling through aerial acrobats suspended above the tables, dancers, oriental performers, fire shows, and live vocalists who build the energy in waves. The choreography is polished and the production values sit well above the improvised entertainment common elsewhere on the strip. Once the revue wraps, a DJ takes over and the atmosphere pivots toward a late-night lounge, with the room often carrying past midnight. The decor leans into a lush, jungle-inflected aesthetic: greenery overhead, misting systems cooling the terrace on warm nights, soft lighting that shifts register as the show progresses. Tables close to the stage deliver the most immersive perspective, and booking early for one of these is worth the effort. The dress code asks for casual chic, and the crowd skews toward couples, groups celebrating a birthday, and visitors looking for a night that packages dinner, spectacle, and music into a single venue.
