Pool Garden is the al fresco lunch restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental, set beside the resort's main swimming pool within 20 hectares of olive groves on Route du Golf Royal. The tables sit under bougainvillea-covered pergolas, looking out over ornamental water features and landscaped gardens that stretch toward the Atlas Mountains. It is one of Marrakech's most composed poolside settings, and the pace here is deliberately unhurried. The kitchen draws on the hotel's own organic vegetable garden and local producers to build a Mediterranean menu with international detours. Dorade ceviche arrives with clarified gazpacho and dried olives, beef tagliata comes with rocket and parmesan, and the lobster sandwich on brioche uses Oualidia lobster with lemon butter. Grilled seafood parillada, chicken milanaise, and lighter options like quinoa salads round out a menu designed for long afternoons in the sun. Cocktails, wines, and fresh juices keep the table going.
