Overview
Inara is the Moroccan restaurant and lounge at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, set at the centre of the property around a riad-style fountain ringed by palms and garden paths. The space opens onto a terrace that faces the resort's grounds, with the Atlas Mountains visible beyond the tree line and the Menara Gardens nearby. Inside, the proportions borrow from traditional riad architecture, with arched openings and warm lighting that shift the atmosphere from relaxed daytime dining to something more atmospheric after dark, when live music fills the courtyard. The kitchen draws from Moroccan, Lebanese, and Turkish traditions. Kemia arrives as a spread of small bowls to open the meal, followed by briouates, tagines classically spiced and well executed, an Arabian mixed grill of beef, chicken, kofta, and lamb chops, and a Saharan pastilla of date cream that closes the evening on a sweet, ceremonial note. The cocktail programme reflects the same cross-pollination, blending local ingredients with Middle Eastern aromatics. A cigar room sits off the main lounge. Inara is open to non-residents and serves continuously from morning through late evening, making it as useful for afternoon mint tea as for a full dinner. Reservations are recommended, particularly on weekends.
