Overview
Azzera sits poolside at the Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, shaded by a canopy of palm and olive trees on the edge of the resort's 40-acre grounds, directly across from the Menara Gardens. The setting is built around the adult pool, with tables arranged between the water and a central bar where cocktails are mixed through the afternoon. It is a lunch destination, not a dinner one, and the kitchen leans into that identity with a menu of clean, sun-friendly food. Grilled meats and fresh-catch seafood anchor the heavier end of the card, while salads, ceviches, and lighter plates fill out the rest. Mediterranean at its core, but willing to borrow when the flavour is right. You can eat at a proper table or order straight to your deckchair, and either way the Atlas Mountains hold the horizon beyond the garden line. Azzera is open to visitors who are not staying at the hotel, making it one of the more accessible poolside escapes in the city. Three other dining venues share the property: Quattro for Italian, Inara as a Moroccan-accented lounge, and a rooftop bar with panoramic views. For a slow, unhurried midday meal in a setting that trades medina intensity for resort-scale calm, this is a reliable choice.
